It's mainly a potrayal of some character's life events and childhood in Ohio, and there's some extravagant people and what they do throughout the movie. A depiction of life in some way that may be strage or unheard to some/most people. Words don't do this film justice, you have to watch it. Now, what I've seen with it, is that people either love it, or hate it. I'd suggest you to watch it, simply because it's something different, and to my opinion, worth the 90 minutes or so that lasts. I should also mention that may contain slight sensitive content, but nothing too serious. Thank you very much man.
MDCFAN101
The 2004 Van Helsing movie that stars Hugh Jackman and Kate Beckinsale. I absolutely love that movie with a passion.
Guest
Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky There's some sort of beauty and special atmosphere that emanates from this movie, that was not replicated in others I've seen. Some people may see it as cheap and ridiculous, but that's fine, Ricky's not here to please everyone. Now, I've also watched the anime-adaptation, and I liked it as well. I find some of the characters very intriguing.

Guest
Detroit Rock City It's like a road movie where a group of friends have adventures while they rush to go to a KISS concert. I love road-trip movies.

You're not completely off-track, there's a lot of obscure movies that I love, but I also like some normal ones. In fact, some of my favourite ones are pretty mainstream, like "Spirited Away" and "Akira", for example. But yes, I also like a lot of weird & rare films. Yeah from what I've seen Mean Girls is actually pretty much a cult classic akin to my guilty pleasure movie (if you can call it that) Bring It On. I will also say one of the movies I like is Captain Marvel. Though that's because 1. Knowing how the Air Force is, Carol in that movie IS the type of woman that would join the Air Force and the Air Force WOULD enable the quirks people hated about her so it's unintentionally accurate. 2. I think it was so hate-hyped that I was expecting it to be poorly made in general not just a bad script.
